Dried Tomato and Olive Omelette

3 eggs
4 dried tomatoes
Black olive
1 tablespoon of butter
seasoning on request

Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water and slice them. Remove the pits from your olives. Add the oil to the pan and once it’s hot, add the tomatoes and then the olives. Beat your egg, add salt and pour into the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and your omelet is ready! Bon Appetit.

Pasta with Olive


1 pack of spaghetti pasta
3 small tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 hot red pepper
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 bowl of table black olives
1 pinch chopped basil

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt for about 12 minutes. While the pasta is boiling, remove the seeds from the olives and slice them. Peel and chop the garlic and tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the minced garlic over medium heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, hot red pepper and thyme and cook until the tomatoes get juiced. Take it from the stove and mix it with the olives.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it on a serving plate. Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the pasta. You can serve with basil.
